I was very stoked to spend the third Chinese New Year in the UK at CNUK, I was very grateful for the manager’s approval and glad to have such a lovely group of collegues. During this three-month internshiip I was able to quickly integrate into this group.

特别开心在CNUK公司度过了在英国的第三个中国新年，非常感谢经理的赏识，同时也很开心拥有了一群可爱的同事们。这3个月的实习让我迅速的融入了这个集体，自来熟的性格也使得同事们非常轻松和乐意的接受了我。

My performance was the highest among the entire intern team. I think this can be attributed by my smart marketing strategies and the attitude of work responsibility. Before the arrival of the Spring Festival, we worked out a simple online/offline promotion after consulting with the manager, as shown below:

当然，我的业绩也是整个实习生团队中最高的，这一点我想可以归功于我聪明的营销策略和负责的工作态度。在这一次的春节到来之际，通过与经理的协商，我们制定出了一个简单的线上/线下 促销活动，如下图：

I simply created a promotional poster for this "free" event by using Photoshop. And did promotions through the official social networking platform of the company and social networking platforms with other institutions. In addition, carried out flyers at the shcool gate then gained access to a very large potential customer data. At the same time, it also brought new customers and benefits to the company during this period. I was so proud of the results after all the hard work. This event not only strengthened the understanding and cooperation between my colleagues, but also enhances the ability of my personal marketing and planning, which has benefited me greatly.

我通过使用Photoshop简单的制作出了这份“免费”活动的促销海报，通过公司的官方社交平台和与其他院校合作的社交平台上进行预热推广，并且在线下进行了各大院校门口的传单投放，获得了非常大的潜在客户数据。同时也在这段时间为公司带来了新的客户和收益，这是我这段时间最引以为豪的事情。不仅加强了我和同事之间合作的默契程度，也增强了我个人营销和策划的能力，这使我受益非浅。

I hope to start slowly with small marketing planning activities. By using my own enthusiasm and skills I hope I’m able to reach my own goal.

我希望可以慢慢的从小的营销策划活动开始做起，用自己的热情和技巧慢慢的达到自己心中的目标。
